wrapping paper diy
I'm a bit of a fan of brown paper packages tied up with string (these are a few of my favourite things! sorry!). I thought it might be fun to stamp some Christmasy shapes on to our wrapping paper this year. Our little ones had lots of fun stamping away.
We used a potato, I cut it in half and etched the shape I wanted to use. We did a Christmas tree, a heart and a circle. The I cut out around the outline about half a centimetre deep. Next we dipped the potato shapes into paint and stamped away on a roll of brown wrapping paper. Lola did some great stamping and Sadie made lots of big white blobs everywhere, but that's ok because it's cute! Now we have some super unique and personalised wrapping paper! VoilĂ ! xx
